Overview


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our office operations and ensuring that our daily tasks run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with administrative duties, coordinate office functions, and ensure the team has the support needed to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members and executives.

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and presentable.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

  • Perform data entry and update company records and databases as required.

  • Support various teams with day-to-day tasks and special projects.

  • Handle general office tasks including filing, copying, and mailing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in an office support role is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive information confidentially.
